We offer a flat fee which is the most competitive in the market compared to other property agents who charge their retaining fee in addition to local agencies' fee which could almost be double our flat fee.
Our team of consultants based in UK and Italy handle every single aspect of the purchase starting from the initial introduction from an expert based in the region, a personalised search and selection, legal advice and appointment of professionals (eg.
